Independence Day Celebration 2026

SFS P.U. College celebrated the 80th Independence Day of India on 15 August 2026 with great patriotic spirit and enthusiasm. The programme began with a warm welcome to the Principal, faculty members, NCC cadets, Rovers and Rangers, followed by a melodious patriotic song that filled the gathering with a sense of pride and love for the nation.

The celebration then proceeded with the Welcome Address, setting the tone for the patriotic programme that followed. The programme then continued with the hoisting of the National Flag and the singing of the National Anthem, filling the gathering with a deep sense of pride and patriotism.

The spirit of the occasion was further enhanced by the Independence Day Address, which highlighted the significance of freedom and reminded us of our responsibility towards our nation. The celebration was further enriched by an inspiring address from the Principal, encouraging everyone to uphold the values and ideals that make our nation strong.

As we approached the conclusion of the programme, the Vote of Thanks was proposed, expressing heartfelt gratitude to everyone who contributed to the success of the celebration. The programme concluded on a patriotic note, leaving everyone inspired to uphold the values of unity, responsibility, and love for our motherland.
