St. Francis Sales PU College, Electronics City, successfully conducted its
annual sports meet "VYUHA" on 14th and 15th November, fostering
sportsmanship, teamwork, and competitive spirit among students. Inaugural
Ceremony The sports meet was inaugurated on 14th November at 9:00 AM.
The Chief Guest, Rev. Fr. Riju, along with the Principal, Rev. Fr. Staney
Rodrigues, was ceremoniously escorted to the sports arena. The opening
ceremony included a prayer song, welcome address, flag hoisting, torch march,
oath-taking ceremony, and an impressive march past, reflecting discipline and
unity. Addresses and Declaration Rev. Fr. Riju addressed the gathering,
highlighting the importance of sports in building character, leadership, and
physical well-being. He officially declared the VYUHA Annual Sports Meet
2025-26 open. The Principal, Rev. Fr. Staney Rodrigues, encouraged students to
actively participate and uphold the values of fairness and sportsmanship. Sports
Events Various athletic and team events were conducted over two days.
Students participated with great enthusiasm, showcasing skill, determination,
and team spirit throughout the competitions.
The VYUHA Annual Sports Meet 2025-26 concluded successfully, reinforcing
the institution's commitment to holistic education through sports and physical
development.
