willkommen 2016
Willkommen, an event organised for welcoming our I PU students. This year, along with I PU students we welcomed our new provincial Rev. Dr. Benny Koottanal and Councillors. It was held on 9th June. To invoke God’s blessings, the programme began with a prayer song by the college choir group. It was followed by welcome speech by Ms. Preethika Pinto.

As per our tradition, all the dignitaries were asked to light the candle. Our beloved principal Rev. Fr. Saji Enthanamkuzhiyil, introduced the guests, on behalf of SFS PU College,

The chief guest for the day, Rev. Dr. Benny Koottanal, Provincial- South West province, was invited to address the gathering. This was followed by awarding the students who secured 90% and above in the II PU Board examination. The student who scored 100% in different subjects were also awarded. The teachers who gave more than 90% result in their subjects were honoured. The students who secured distinctions were also awarded.

Guest of honour, Rev.Fr. Roy Plathottathil, the Councillor in charge of Education, enlightened the gathering with his inspiring words.

Desalites are really blessed to have such great dignitaries. Great people are always simple. As a token of appreciation, rev. Fr. Joshy Thazhathuknnel, secretary of SFS PU College felicitated Rev.Dr.Benny Koottanal, Rev.Fr.Roy Plathottathil and Rev.Fr.Vinod Kanat. Fr. Joshy Thazhathuknnel,was also felicitated by Rev.Fr.Tony Eraniakulathil.

Dance is the most beautiful form of expression of human fee lings. There was an elegant performance by A ishwarya & group . Mrs. Girija delivered vote of thanks .T he program concluded with national anthem.
